Returns & Refund Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on mycricketiq.com (“Platform”), operated under Cricket IQ by Kumar Sharad.

1. General Policy

All purchases made on the Platform are subject to the terms outlined below. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.

2. Online Coaching Sessions

2.1 Cancellation by User

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session:
    → Eligible for rescheduling or full credit

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours:
    No refund
    → Rescheduling may be allowed at our discretion

2.2 No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice:
    → Session is considered consumed
    → No refund or reschedule

2.3 Cancellation by Platform

If a session is cancelled by us:

  • Full refund OR

  • Option to reschedule

3. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

Includes:

  • Video analysis reports

  • Pre-recorded content

  • Subscriptions or downloadable material

Policy:

  • All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable

Exceptions (limited):

  • Duplicate payment

  • Technical failure preventing access (verified case)

4. Physical Merchandise

4.1 Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

4.2 Conditions

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase required

4.3 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

4.4 Refund Process

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping may be borne by the customer unless product is defective

6. Subscription Services (if applicable)

  • Subscriptions, once activated, are non-refundable

  • Cancellation will apply to future billing cycles only

7. Fraudulent or Misuse Claims
